I’ve never had an experience like this with an auto body shop! It felt like they really cared about your experience and it showed. My car looked better than it did before! The communication and workmanship was top notch. It helped me so much and it wasn’t a burden but a gift. I will absolutely use only them in the future.

I wish someone from Carstar was available to drive me home instead of me having to get an uber, since the rental company told me there were going to be no cars available for me to use (holidays). Otherwise fabulous work and great customer service.

You guys went above and beyond! Thank you so much for keeping me updated, and helping with the horrible mess that was in my van. For the last 6 months I'd get started on cleaning it, but would be interrupted mid cleaning and be unable to get back to it. It has helped a lot.

Being in a Zero Fault auto accident (neither party injured) should be mostly annoying. State Farm sent me to their preferred shop (CarStar), I was skeptical! After meeting the staff and seeing their clean shop, I knew I would not seek a 2nd or 3rd opinion. In hindsight, I should have used my other estimations at a mechanic shop. I still have noise, while turning, like I might be low on power steering fluid. That’s not their job at CarStar. Overall, CarStar did their part very well. Quick once over estimate - part’s took more time to receive than the 2 day repair time-easy drop off- alignment was good- I picked up the vehicle in 2 days. I probably spent a total of 25 minutes at CarStar.

I have gone to Better Body and Paint for a number of years. They have always provided exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. Recently I was hit by a vehicle that caused damage to most of the side of my car. They did an amazing job of restoration and completed the work ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them.
