They were quick to fix my vehicle- unfortunately the other guys insurance was cheap. and the muffler was not replaced and not secured properly. making it almost fall off when i got it back- fixit did come and get it from my work and it appears to be steady on now.

everyone was very polite and understanding- tho i would caution using air freshner in your office. some of us are allergic to these and it makes it most difficult to breath

Overall, looks good. I would like to bring it in for another look at gaps on the front hood that are more uneven than they probably need to be.

Everyone I met with was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, didn't get to meet with the tech on pick-up as they were gone for day. Would have liked to better understand what repairs were done. May come back in for that.

Were professional and kept me notified of any changes that have occurred; parts came in early, projected paint completion. They originally projected the repair date 3 weeks out for parts ordering. I am sure they would rather give a long time and have it sooner rather than the other way around. My parts showed up in a couple days so I had my car back in 10 days. I didn't think that extremely long. The color matches perfectly and everything work smoothly, just like it should. I would use them again.
