Jason is amazing! He kept us informed on progress regularly, and gave us great feedback on making sure our vehicle was being properly repaired. A&M has been wonderful from start to finish. It was worth the drive from the North Plains area to A&M to get auto body repair. We used Scotties Auto Body up here for the exact same repair and it was a very different outcome. They were terrible to deal with and also did terrible auto body repair.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. My car repairs are always perfect. They were prompt in keeping you up to date on repairs. They are friendly, helpful and flexible in some instances. They helped me out when I needed my car before Monday when they hadn’t been able to do it on Friday. Paid half of my deductible and returned on Monday morning for the car cleaning. Better than I could have cleaned it. Take your wrecked carto them!!

Though you have this automatic texting to give me information about my repairs it wasn’t always accurate. I called to be sure and it turned out you were still waiting on parts when the auto text told me it was ready to pick up.

It felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk. Perhaps because she is young and inexperienced at her position, but she could work on her willingness to help. Maybe there’s a disconnect with her and the manager but I was only called when my vehicle parts were finally in after waiting 4 weeks. I called after two weeks and again it felt like I was inconveniencing. I think the workmanship on my vehicle was good quality just a little better communication other than automatic texts would make me feel like I’m being cared for.
