Lower repair was good except the taillights look good until you look closer. Both reflective lightbulb caps inside the lights have been knocked loose.

We were more than just satisfied. Not only did they complete the repair but did a wonderful job matching and applying the paint. From start to finish, they communicated regularly as to their progress, allowing us to plan our schedule accordingly. They even went the extra mile by detailing both the outside and the inside. My experience with Auto Body Specialties was very good. Getting everything set up was smooth and informative and when I came in to pick up my car and found that there was a new noise, they did a good job of figuring out what it was and offering me options if they hadn't been able to find it. When I drove the car home I felt there was a new noise and sensation in the front end when driving and breaking. I will have to drive it a little more to figure out for sure if it's something new that I may have to have you check out. If so, I'm confident that everything will be handled well.
