The counter person Jodi was very helpful. Very communicative about the entire process. You got me in much quicker and completed the job quickly. Took the time to send back parts that were not adequate. Appreciate it very much and will refer future friends and family to your shop. Overall, very satisfied.

I am so happy I took my car there; the service and customer care were excellent. The people who repaired my car and the shop manager took great care of me and answered all my questions. They gave me an exact timeframe for when I’d get my car back and met—or rather, exceeded—my expectations; my car looks brand new—I didn't even want to drive it for fear of getting it dirty, haha! And what can I say about Stephanie in customer service? ❤️ She is a wonderful person with a truly kind heart. She really lifted my spirits; I was upset about what had happened to my car, and she not only reassured me that everything would be fine but also provided perfect customer service. There was also another young woman at the reception—I don't recall her name—who made me feel like a truly valued customer. Thank you so much for your services; I will highly recommend you.

Holy smokes! Where do I begin? Amazing staff, super friendly, down to earth, it doesn’t feel like you’re being hustled in any sort of way and that feels really nice. Fantastic communication as well. The text updates are great and when I needed to call with a question everyone is up to date on what’s going on with my vehicle. The repair/paint job blew my mind! My car looks brand new! Also THANK YOU for not moving my drivers seat!!!!!!
