I dropped my car off for repairs on August 23rd. The estimate came back stating that I could be without until September 13th. I knew parts could be a problem as the car is a 2024. John and Keenan tracked down the parts quickly and was I surprised when John called on August 30th to let me know I could come get my car! Amazing! I had rental coverage but I just wanted my hybrid back. It’s perfect again. I hope I never have to have repairs again but if so I’m going to CARSTAR on Link Rd in Eugene. If you need work done I highly recommend CARSTAR!
