I had some repair work done a few years back by another company and was frustrated with lack of communication and length of time for the repair to be completed (granted we were still having supply chain problems). With CarStar, once I dropped my van off, they reached out to me before I ever had to contact them. Plus, the repair was done ahead of the estimated date!
