Ron runs a great shop that plays the long game. That means he does right by the customer vs looking for profitability via shortcuts and aftermarket pricing. Lexi’s has superior communication and customer service skills.

Lexi spearheading collaborative customer service and Ron managing the business from the “long game” perspective propelled me to write a stellar review. Sadly I needed their assistance to undo and redo the work of a Colorado shop who took shortcuts. They made it as painless and affordable as possible and ai learned I will go straight to them next time. Carstar Billings is also a USAA preferred provider. USAA has yet to steer me wrong and I wish I had relied on their network vs a personal referral in Colorado.
