I would never recommend any one to go through what I have went through dealing with this company.

They keep my truck for two months which cost me 1,000 dollars out of pocket for rent a car. My insurance paid 1500 for the first month and then i had to pickup the rest after getting one excuse after another about why its not ready. When i got it back it was so filthy i could not use it. Even after they cleaned the truck its still bondo and silicon inside my truck even no as we spesk. I cant get it out. There was no regard for my truck. It will never be the same and i will never use this buisness again and will warn anyone I know not to take there vahicle there.

I got no updates except when I called myself, just to find out something else had come up and it was not going to be completed when I was told. This happen numerous times over a two monyh period.

I submitted a formal complaint regarding the poor communication, lack of organization, and inadequate customer service I experienced while having my Ford Mustang repaired at Cockrell's Body Shop's Theodore location. After accepting a repair estimate and paying a substantial deposit, I was told the necessary parts would arrive quickly. Despite this, I received no updates from the shop and had to contact them myself to learn that the part had already arrived. Based on information provided by management, I arranged transportation and dropped off my vehicle, only to later discover it was being transferred to another location because the Theodore shop was too busy. Throughout the repair process, communication was inconsistent, information frequently changed, and I was not kept informed about the status of my vehicle. I was also presented with additional charges, including a spoiler replacement that I believe should have been identified during the original inspection and included in the initial estimate. Although the omission was acknowledged as a staff error, I was still expected to pay for a portion of the added cost. My complaint focuses on the Theodore location's failure to provide timely communication, accurate estimating, accountability for mistakes, and professional customer service. While I had no significant concerns with the Schillinger Road location, I believe the Theodore location's handling of my repair fell well below reasonable customer expectations. I requested that ownership review the matter, investigate how my repair was managed, and provide a fair resolution, particularly regarding the additional spoiler charge that resulted from an apparent estimating error. I have never heard from them. At ALL!

I came to have my bumper repaired and still have the same problem I came in with plus I bought additional parts that was not originally told that I needed. I am very disappointed in the fact that my bumper is not fixed.

Micha was wonderful. Such a wonderful customer service rep. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to get home after dropping my car off and when I needed a ride to pick it back up.

First off my name is spelled incorrectly!!! This shop had my car sitting for many days well after 6/18/2026. Someone finally came to do a post inspection on 6/29/2026. I have yet to gain access to those results and asked for them multiple times . The updates are poor. I had to call and ask for updates frequently. It is 7/1 and my car is at a shop that I think is more capable !!! The feedback given to my adjuster is trash bc the new shop is saying sonething totally contrary to what Cockrell’s stated !! If I could give this shop zero stars I would most def do so !!! 0/10 do not recommend
