Carstar Creative Auto body is a family owned auto collision repair business that has been serving the community since 1997. Our goal is to provide high quality collision repairs from autos , suv and truck collision repair, digital frame straightening, Glasurit waterborne refinishing , and mechanical repair on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We handle all details from towing, local pickup and drop off , rentals, and all aspects with the insurance companies making it a smooth worry free transaction.

Quality off repair is perfect but the 12 day off holding hostage my car was not right. It was not my responsibility to dealing with the insurance company. MY DEDUCTIBLE WAS $900.00 I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY AN OTHER $934.00 FOR DIFFERENCE THEY COULD NOT COLLECT FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. IT WAS NOT RIGHT. I ALREADY HIRED LAWYER.WE WILL SEE WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY $934 PLUS 12 DAYS OFF HOSTAGE FEES

I had a great experience with CARSTAR after bringing in my Tesla Model 3 for body repair following a bad scrape along the right side of the car from a garage pillar. From the very beginning, the team was professional, patient, and transparent. They took the time to explain every step of the repair process, including parts ordering, repair timelines, and what to expect throughout the job. During the repair, they kept me updated regularly on the progress, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time. They completed the repair nearly a week ahead of the estimated date and called me as soon as the car was ready, which was a huge help since I was driving a rental replacement vehicle. When I picked up the car, the team walked me through all the work completed, including the OEM Tesla parts that were replaced and the additional fixes they handled. The quality of the repair was outstanding. Not only did the damaged side look brand new, but the entire car was spotless, polished, and looked almost showroom condition. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, communication, service quality, and timeliness of the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend CARSTAR to anyone needing body work, especially for Tesla repairs.

My experience with CarStar shop was very pleasant. Specifically, Helder who I spoke with was very courteous, friendly and most importantly transparent of the entire process. Shop was able to deliver the repairs two days earlier than promised date. This is my 2nd time and both times my experience was such.

Excellent experience with this company. My vehicle was heavily damaged on the passenger side, and the entire door had to be replaced. Elmer worked very efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair quality was excellent, and the car looks great again. Highly recommend their service
