Well I called to check on my vehicle and the gentleman got my number and was going to return my call for an update and never heard back. Its said that I had to call back 2 days later and request another update. Better communication with your customers will result in better reviews and better customer satisfaction. Front end collision- excellent work repairing my Expedition! Carstar went above and beyond my expectations. They even went as far as detailing my vehicle prior to pickup, and informed me of an oil leak which needed attention. They called regularly to inform me of repair status regularly. Highly recommend.

My experience with CARSTAR was great. Everything from providing me with a quote and workmanship, CARSTAR was a 1st Class experience. I especially appreciated the communication updates with the status of my vehicle that I received throughout the process. It was an added bonus for me when I picked up my car and quickly noticed it was thoroughly detailed. Although, bringing my car to the body shop is never a good thing, it’s great to know that CARSTAR is here to provide me with friendly, timely and professional service at a fair price. Thanks guys.
