Our goal as a shop is to provide high quality repairs and great customer service to each one of out customers. Overall, the work was great. I am dissatisfied because I reported damage to the inside arm rest of my car. I was offered to buy the a replacement part out of my pocket to be replaced at no cost. I'm not happy with this proposal.
