I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto San Jose yesterday. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The two ladies at the front desk and Nicholas were warm and welcoming. The installation work was done very professionally, and Nicholas was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and handled everything quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto San Jose to all my friends and family, and I will definitely come back here for any future automotive repairs or services. I brought the car to Fix Auto San Jose for repair. I received the mail when the car was ready to pick up. I received a call from the staff Victoria to let me know that the car had not passed her quality check. She would request the additional work before the car was picked up. Although I could not pick up the as the original schedule, I fully appreciated her professionalism for the customer satisfaction. I'm satisfied with the repair experience overall.
