Communication was poor and spotty and inconsistent. Unable to make requests due to inability to reach staff. Also when I was talking to staff over everything felt very rushed where I was unable to make informed decisions aswell as make decisions on occasion due to unintentional pressure on certain decisions.

Just cause you have a parking problem I wouldn’t recommend

I worried that they were not gonna pick my car up on the day. They said they would. I’m so sorry you don’t have enough space to let the car sit around for a day or two.
