I was disappointed that the shop fixed the dent on the side of the car but did not work with me to replace the cracked windshield at the same time while they had my car for a whole week, even though I expressed that this was a service I needed and wanted to pay out of pocket They returned the car to me without a dent but with a foot long crack on the windshield. How satisfied would you be?

The service is great. But the noise from the repair is still louder than the original. But much better than when the catalytic converter was gone. But the humming is noticeably louder than when the original was installed when I drive on the highway.

They were great. I felt horrible with what had happened to my car. And they were understandable and very friendly. Wished we had more friendly people like them around in the service industry.
