Paul is so great to us, I had my car repaired at CarStar Doylestown after an unfortunate run in with a deer. My wife's car had the same shortly after but we decided to pay out of pocket for hers so we were shopping for competitive price, but also feel and treatment. After a competitor made us feel unwanted, I said I wanted to come right back to Paul and CarStar. The car looks great, came in at budget and; most importantly, Paul treated us like family (aside from the matching last name, no relation though 😊) CarStar is now going to be our Go-To body shop even though we hope to not be there often. Thank you again, Paul, for everything!

Repairs were completed very well and in a timely manner. The people I interacted with ( Tom and Receptionists) treated me with the utmost curiosity. If I ever need more service to my car I will surely use CARSTAR in the future.

Everything from beginning to end was terrific. Front desk staff were pleasant, quickly attentive, proactively informative and helpful. My assessor, I believe was Tom, was thorough, pleasant about answering questions, safety conscious about the repair and seemed to do a great job. The restoration was beautiful, the paint job matched wonderfully, which can be a challenge with our color red, as I have seen done less well with a job in the past at a different garage. Thank you so very much. We we extremely satisfied!!
