Vehicle was not completely finished upon being delivered. Some items were not to factory specs. Fit and finish lacked attention to detail. nor spot checked after job completion and before delivery.

My car looks great. Can’t tell there was any damage. The estimate was accurate as I paid what the estimate was. The staff was very nice and genuinely provided good customer service. I will use this business again if needed.

The quality of the work was good. The car looks great, the staff was friendly. Just need to work out the automated texts. Was told car was ready through a text and went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. That’s why you get a 9 out of 10.

Excellent communication throughout the process. There were some long delays due to part sourcing and on site facility availability but they provided a no cost loaner vehicle while working through the issues. The repairs look excellent and the warranty is very good.

The repair for my vehicle took over 45 days as well as being misinformed numerous times when it was going to be finished. Once I received the repaired vehicle, it was quite a mess on the inside things being thrown all over the car that Repair people had moved and not put back.

They did an awesome job repairing and shining up my filthy car exterior for which I am grateful. It was covered with bird mess and due to sensor mishap I had been afraid to wash, so the exterior was clean. I could be wrong. I had previously dealt with a different body shop, and part of the package involved cleaning interior and exterior. That’s my only gripe. My car is running great! Sensors in so ac working as well as the passenger side turn signal.
