From start to finish I was taken well care of including the car rental at auto rent Fred beans . The whole process of my repair was quick and they did a flawless job on my jeep repair. They also stayed in touch through the week via text and call. I like that my insurance is networked with car star because I didn’t have to sit around waiting for an adjuster to look at my car before making repair appt I literally called dropped off and was picked up for my rental a black over and driving home with a nice explorer suv for the few days. My Jeep was dropped off on a Monday and picked up by late afternoon. Thursday I’m very happy and will come here again if I need auto body repairs as I’ve been here several times in the past with the same results perfection is what I love about car star. They just get things right !!

2nd car repaired at this shop inside of a year. Not happy with the overall quality of either repair and will not be returning.as it is not worth giving up either for the length of time to repair. Plus some of the issues I have already corrected on my own.

What did you use to adhere front bumper at the left and right fenders and why is it popping out? Why are there bolts missing? How is driver side fender well not back together correct and forcing engine shroud down to the ground. Had car for 3 weeks and that is how it comes back. Wow
