The car looks repaired , cleaned and filled. The only thing I'm upset with is, the rental car was not returned to Newtown as I informed. Here it's 2 days later and I'm being charged yet and IDK where the rental car went to. Now your closed and the process will be protracted.

My car was here under repair order # 39930. This is the second time happened where my car was not fix properly. I visted shop early this week and Two damages were identified possibly cause happenedin car shop. I talked with Tony and showed him evident that this was not there looking at photo when i dropped my car. Tony helped me fixing the one ding however the corner is still same with paint removed. I just picked up my car and asked Toni for why not fixed this. He said we don't do that, this was there earlier. I sent email to manager (Chris) as well with evidence before and after photo showing carstar is not handling customer car properly and claiming that damage was there before. I have evidence and so I am reporting it, how about other customers? We are loosing confident on carstar. I had my supportive evidence sent to manager.

This was my first experience with CaraStar and I want to commend everyone from start to finish for a job well done. The drop off and pick up was seamless and pleasant .They took care of my rental without a glitch I also want to say the bodywork is perfect . You cannot tell my car was backed into . I Kudos all around . I am extremely pleased.
