There were some hiccups as the repair shop was having difficulties getting ahold of Travellers to make payments for the rental, and I had asked that the payment was to be sent to the repair shop, but I received the check at home. Other than these two issues, everything else went smoothly, we enjoyed the VW Tourag rental.
