The paint job was ok. Not great. But ok. There is a run in the paint in one area which should never have happened. Some might say it’s not a big deal but it was to me. The main issue is a 6” circular “halo” on the drivers door that wasn’t even in the same area as the scratches that were repaired.

They seemed to have broken the radio but didn’t take responsibility.

My radio was working perfectly when I dropped the car off for collision repair. When I picked it up the whole radio/map screen didn’t work. 5 stars response was “not our problem” It’s a $4000 to replace the screen. We will recommend to my insurance that they find a different repair place.

Although repairs took a lot of time…..the mechanic was really good about keeping me informed with updates….even though all communication had to be via text as I have a speech impairment so can’t talk on phone

I loved the work that they did on my car, but when it came down to my rim being messed up. They let me leave the business and my rim was messed up so when I stopped and got gas, I noticed the rim and then I went back and they fixed it afterwards. I would’ve loved to not have to go through that and the rim be fixed in the first place.
