Fantastic job done by a fantastic company. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I’m pleased overall. I was updated every step of the way even when a manufacturing delay occurred that was out of their hands. I highly recommend this company to my friends. The employees treat you well and go that extra step to make sure you’re well taken care of. Due to my injury I had difficulty installing my sons new car seat and fully tightening it once I got my car back. The lovely lady the works the front desk happily came to the rescue and helped me tackle tightening the strap down so I could safely transport my child. She didn’t need to but she did and I am very grateful for her help.

There was no communication about the status of my car. I was originally told that it would be 1 week, then 2 weeks. I finally got my car back after a month. I was also told that I would be called when my car was done but I never received a call.
