The thing that angered me is that I had arranged a rental car for the weekend because I had to go out of town and they told me that my car would not be ready. Even that morning, they sent a reminder saying that my car was on time to be fixed after the weekend. However, later that afternoon/or evening they told me that my car be available the next day. At that point, I was unable to cancel the rental car without paying a significant fee. The communication should have been much better about them, telling me that my car was going to be available sooner. unfortunately, they caused me to waste significant amount of my money and for that I question any desire to go there again. You should know if you’ll be done with a car three days earlier or not (assuming now working weekends). The car itself is totally fine it seems

Impressive from start to finish! Not all auto body repair shops are equal, and from my experience, Mariusz and his team are the best in the Milwaukee area! Their level of skill and knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care was exceptional! Everything was handled seamlessly, and my vehicle looked absolutely flawless when I picked it up! Additionally, the repair was done sooner than I expected, and the inside of the car was detailed meticulously. Clearly this place is committed to excellence! Great price, wonderful experience, great results! One more thing...their rental car was also brand new and a pleasure to drive!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Mariusz and his staff when I required a repair from damage I did to my car. From the moment I brought my car there for an estimate, I knew I picked the right place. They were so busy that I didn' even have a place to park, but Mariusz came out right away and told me I could leave the car right there and he would take care of the estimate right there. He came back to the office and explained all my options. I was amazed at how trustworthy he was in trying to get me the best price from those available options. I chose to purchase a "new" used door, as he explained in my case it was the best option. So he ordered it, but decided it was of poor quality, so sent it back and looked for a better one. Upon finding it he negotiated the same price for it, so I was so grateful. When the car was ready to be picked up, I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked! It was all shiny and clean and looked even better than before it was damaged. Again, he was very busy provding an estimate to another customer, but I just had to quickly walk over to say thank you! The customer he was servicing told me that he was a loyal customer for many years and totally understood why I was so happy! For quality service by a trustworthy establishment, you, and your car will receive excellent care from Mariusz, and his staff and no matter how busy he is, at your appointment. he will make you feel like the only person in the room.
