Super communicative from start to finish. They did excellent work, everything was completed on time, and the entire process was handled professionally. They went over the car with a fine-toothed comb, and the quality of the repair is outstanding—you genuinely can’t tell it was ever in an accident. Kyle and his team were great to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process, paid attention to every detail, and clearly take pride in their work. Consummate professionals all around. I had a really great experience working with Kyle on my truck repair. He went above and beyond with communication and service, consistently providing updates throughout the process and then getting me back a perfectly repaired vehicle earlier than expected. Kyle always answered them phone when I called, making me feel comfortable that my vehicle was in the right hands. I especially appreciated him going to bat for me with the insurance company to get OEM parts when they were initially trying to use non-OEM parts. He clearly cared about getting the repair done right, and my truck honestly looks as good as new. My truck was detailed and sparkling clean when I picked it up, and he even did a couple additional minor repairs. Kyle was straightforward, very responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He also got the truck done sooner than expected, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone needing a vehicle repaired. Thank you Kyle and GT shop!

If anyone needs repair work, I would insist they go to GT and specifically work with Kyle. It can be scary to drop your car off for a major repair, but my experience at GT was painless, trustworthy, and I will definitely be bringing any (hopefully not) future repairs to Kyle and GT.

Kyle went above and beyond in his service, communication and follow through. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, got parts ordered immediately, and even got the repair done ahead of schedule. Kyle fought for OEM parts when insurance wanted to use second hand, which was very appreciated. My vehicle was repaired perfectly and thoughtfully, and even fully detailed when I picked it up. I would insist that anyone who needs a repair go to GT, due to how great Kyle was. He made the process as painless and quick as possible and I’m beyond satisfied.

Again, extremely satisfied. I was dreading the repair process since I did not have a rental car. Kyle had the truck done as fast as possible and did an amazing job. I started receiving these text to rate the service and was I satisfied before my car was done. Between those multiple text and State Farm sending me the final bill, I made the assumption my car was done. I drove back from the mountains and ended my vacation several days early to pick up my car and turn the rental in. My strong suggestion is that the text asking to rate the service not be sent until the service is done. Other than that, it was a great experience. GT always provides excellent repair service.

My car is fixed and looks brand new! When I drove it off the lot I noticed it had been cleaned , basically detailed! What a fantastic surprise. John was really helpful and professional. Definitely an A plus experience.
