We had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Quick service and turn around time. Vehicle was like new when we got it back and we even were able to pickup a little ahead of scheduled time.

Professional work. Friendly people. They went the extra mile and washed outside and cleaned inside of car after finished body work. The car looks great. Best auto body place around is Carstar!

Tom and the rest of the team were excellent - I was kept informed and helped along all steps of the process and they made it very easy for a first-timer getting their vehicle repaired. The crew did an EXCELLENT job on repairs and even detailed the car before handing it off to me - felt like I had a brand new vehicle. Very impressed and would recommend to others!

In the beginning, the estimate was slow getting to the insurance adjuster. I had to get everyone on a 3 way call for the communication necessary to get the estimate to Christa Rumph, the adjuster. I was told it was sent, but there was miscommunication in some form. The customer had to step in which was disappointing. I spoke to 3 different people at Carstar to make this happen. Everyone was very friendly, but there was a gap in communication
