I recommend East End to everyone who needs a body shop. You guys are great.

I am very satisfied with the work done on repairing my Kona. My car looks beautiful. Everyone was very helpful . All the staff Thats I was involved with-Adam and the girls in the office answered every question and were especially nice to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had used East End Shop many years ago so I already knew you did great work. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job on my car and for treating me with respect and kindness. Thank you for the testament . I still have the one you gave me many years ago and carry it in my car. God bless you all.

I wouldn’t

Headlight doesn’t stay on, my bow tie emblem from the last car is replaced with one that doesn’t have any LEDs. I asked Todd to replace everything else the insurance didn’t cover and I’d pay out of pocket. Yet only the Quarter panel, door, and gas cap were replaced but the rocker panel was not. The headlight situation was all on another company’s insurance and the night I picked the car up and started driving the lights flicker on and off which is unsafe and could get me a ticket. I called and texted Adam and Todd to no avail. I’m in Florida now with a car that can’t drive at night and is missing the attachment I paid good money for.

Customer service was great when I didn’t have any problems with the car. Then I called and nobody texted or called me back
