Carr star exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated. They were quick and they even finished my car before. They said it would be done. My car was returned to me in pristine condition. They even vacuumed out the inside and gave it a wash. I was very impressed I would highly recommend them.

My car was in perfect condition and the detail was beautiful, I was told that my mirror that was cracked on the side of the Accident would be replaced. It was the plastic part of the mirror on the outer edge when he did the inspection and he said that that would be covered. I received it today and they went out of their way to make sure that I got it delivered to my work, which was amazing. I just hate that the mirror wasn’t able to get fixed. I just I’m not sure if maybe they thought maybe it wasn’t connected to the accident even though it was on the side of the accident.
