The CarStar Team in Huntington, WV did a great job on my vehicle and getting it fixed and repaired! My vehicle looks great, and unfortunately there was a good deal of damage due to the size of the deer and the way it went down, but my vehicle looks great after the CarStar Team finished up the work on it!

My insurance did not allow for the original Toyota parts to be placed on my vehicle and requested after market parts to be used. Was not informed of this and therefore my vehicle wasn’t ready in a timely manner. Had to call to let them know that vehicle had to be ready immediately for my son to use for his wedding the next day. They left all there trash in back of the truck bed from parts plus lunch items. which I didn’t appreciate at all. Will not be going back.
