The staff was efficient and professional. The repairs were done well and communicated clearly. I don’t understand why the repair took 4 weeks, but that is probably the normal amount of time.

I would recommend CARSTAR , but I would also ask that communication is better for future clients. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the work that this location has done on my vehicle and the employees that I had contact with.

Need to communicate with customers better. That said, the repair work that was done was very good and that is why I came back to the Arvada CARSTAR location. I would return if I needed future work done. I really appreciate the folks that I had contact with, very welcoming and helpful.

Your office staff is phenomenal. Francesca, Beth, and John (I THINK that’s his name) were great any time I called. Unfortunately the mechanical service corporate has chosen to contract with was flaky at best. Scheduling and no-showing several times, thus prolonging the date of delivery a few times. This shouldn’t reflect on Carstar Arvada office but corporate really needs to vet their choice in contracts.

Just can’t give a 10 due to it taking over 2 months for repairs. Also when vehicle was picked up, there was glue residue on hood.
