I am always pleased with the QUALITY of work that CARSTAR provides. I did extensive research before chosing a repair shop and I am glad I choose them. I have used their services 3 times and have been completely satisfied. CARSTAR also will inform you of any other issues out side of the scope of what they were contracted to do. I appreciate the fact that they take pride in their work and do not perform a rush job. They did an amazing job on both cars that needed repaired! I enjoyed doing business with them and the updates for service while in their care were great. The HOSPITALITY was amazing as well!

Car star pushed to have my repairs done thoroughly and the right way, when my insurance would have let it be done at the bare minimum. They also followed up with competitor repair shops to ensure that the work they wanted to do would have been best practice and not from a bias perspective. I respect their efforts to advocate for thorough repairs regardless if cost and they did the work in a timely fashion, answering every call and text I had along the way. It felt to me that they operate like you aren't just a customer, but family. Highly recommend, especially for those needing work on a Tesla. 10/10! Recommend for timeliness, communication and honest work!

We were visiting family in Ohio when we were hit by another driver who ran a red light. Myself, my fiancé, his father and our two dogs were in the car at the time and we were planning on heading back to NC the very next day. Unfortunately after the accident that did not happen and we were forced to extend our stay a few extra days to arrange insurance and a rental car. The entire process was extremely stressful as we had no idea how we would even get our car back to NC to be fixed. Our insurance agent sent us some repair shops in Cleveland to research. The clear winner was Carstar igear. Their Google reviews spoke volumes and after selecting them our car was towed for repair. We had no idea how long it would take but Carstar kept us informed along the way and completely understood that we would have to drive back up from NC to pick up the car. Stephanie was extremely friendly and professional every time I had to speak with them. You can tell she’s the glue that keeps the shop together. I am so thankful we chose them for this job! And I’m even more satisfied knowing their work is guaranteed to other Carstars that are local to NC. Thanks for the hard work Carstars! I’m so happy to have my vehicle back and like brand new!!
