Issues reported to state farm. Cosmetic cover part missing from driver door handle. Concerns with breaking system, the breaks feel strange as its taking me a lot longer to stop and the petal has to be forced all the way down to the floor. The roader on driver side front end as overlooked for any damage. As the car dropped on the roader the night of incident when the driverside front tier fell off the car. I am also still missing the lugnuts on 1 front passenger side tier and 1 on the rear driverside tier. The tow truck driver removed the lugnuts on those tiers so he could get my car off the side of the road to a safe location. The tow truck driver had to but the front driver side tier back on the car to get it towed. Also there is a rubber piece left in my car that I dont know what it could go to so you all my want it back.

Thanks for frequent updates and friendly answers to my questions as repairs took longer than were first estimated. Ability to leave rental car at CarStar was really helpful. Please encourage checking air pressure of all tires before pickup--the tire within repair area was 5lbs higher than all other tires on my vehicle. Other than that, very satisfied.

Really good service Dess and JJ were very helpful. I loved the updates
