Kimberley was so sweet and helpful. I didn't have rental coverage but they gave me a loaner to drive while my car was being repaired. I was hit in the driver's side and you can't even tell now. It looks like when I first got it. They're very knowledgeable with the insurance process and walked me through each step. Can't thank them enough for everything! If I ever need an auto body shop I know where I'm going. Thanks again for everything!

Kimberley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. She was also kind and cares about you. They gave me a loaner as well so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for a rental car. They made the whole process quick and painless and I would definitely use them in the future if I ever need to.

Car star did a very good job on my car 2020 RAV4, they replaced a quarter panel and door, the weld looks like factory even better, car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommended.
