I was really impressed with how the Staff is like a big family and you walk in the office you become one of the family. That update system they have in place I never had to call or wait on hold. The App said 4:17p my truck would be done and it sure heck was ready and washes and even detailed the inside!!!

My car was not completed upon pickup. JJ was expedient in getting the problem resolved, but I did have to arrange to drop the car back off and the overnight drop box wasn’t properly secured. I was appreciative that they did deliver my car to my house, but I received no call they were on their way and JJ was mildly rude that I’d kept them waiting, despite no one calling me or ringing the doorbell.

Most of the experience was good but the impact bar I had before was perfect and was replaced with a rusty old one. Under my bumper is not straight and bends out. It looks like the impact bar was used or after market since it’s so old looking. Bumper looks great though.

The car looks good on the outside if you don’t look too closely. The bummer cover has a weird dip and isn’t straight. The (new?) most likely used impact bar is rusted already and looks terrible. I didn’t pay for it so as long as it does its job going forward we should be okay.

Didn’t love the first woman I spoke to yelling at me that the insurance used the wrong email and then never calling me back when the part was in until I emailed two months later but the rest of the staff was great.

I liked the updates through text message. Our car was there for a month before we found out it was a total loss. I don't understand why it took a month to come to that conclusion. I just wish the evaluation of the car could have been done faster.
