The actual repair came out great, but the window tint on the driver and passenger side windows and tint strip on the windshield all now have very noticeable scratches that were not there prior to the repair.

Over the past couple of months, I have had my 2019 Chevy Silverado and my 2022 Chevy Tahoe in for body work, Tanya Ballard and Dan Baker were great to work with, Tanya met me at the door each and every time I came and was ready with paperwork, any questions I had, above & beyond professionalism, Dan would always step in and ask if everything was ok and was I satisfied, Scott Baker who detailed both vehicles did a great job on both, full detail inside and out, with Tanya, Dan and Scott in the body shop, you have that department covered, all 3 get my vote for employees of the month lol

Quotes and estimates were not clearly explained. I had addt work to be done and added to the original estimate. I had no idea that the cost increased from $720 to $1500. I asked about some addt work. Was given another estimate, I assumed that replaced the first since it increased. I questioned it at time that I needed to pay and was told " I clearly explained this". I responded, that "I clearly didn't understand your explanation and that never was ever told a total of $1500." Never was that total mentioned!! I just was given two estimates . Would have never agreed to pay $800 for the repair of three other scuffs on my bumper. At the end I no choice, was forced to pay the addt $720 and 100% felt like I was "had".
