I called Jack McNerney Collision because someone had backed into my truck in a parking lot leaving a bumper impression in the rear passenger door, part of the cab and the box. I took it over they looked at it right away. Took pictures for once I filed a claim with my insurance company. The same day they submitted everything to the insurance company and got the parts ordered. Once we drop off a week later, I was told 5 to 7 business days. I drop off on a Monday and pick up the following Friday. (This was due to parts coming in damaged from supplier and having to get new ones.) The kept me informed the entire time. Truck was washed and inspected, and I got the phone call it was ready for pickup. The truck looks beautiful. Great work done by all. I highly recommend them.
