Idk where to start. At 1st it was a 12 day repair and then they found more damage and it was longer but I was always informed with what was happening. 6 weeks ago today I dropped it off and I'm so happy to have her back and looking all pretty again. A++×

Communication was very disappointing compared to the excellent service we have always experienced purchasing vehicles here for many years. No follow up with paperwork, they offered to send. Worst part was that they lied about not being able to reach us by phone. The overall business most definitely has our phone number(s!) and obviously our email, as we receive many. They should have made sure all insurance paper work was in place before they asked me to bring the car there (as I was able to drive it) resulting in not having my car for almost 5 weeks. Was a very un-needed stressful experience with customer service. Then they called when it was supposedly finished letting me know a tentative day I could pick up, ONLY to days later be informed that they didn't even have the paperwork from the insurance company to release my car to me. This resulted in another week of waiting!

The repair of the truck is absolutely great But the process was very upsetting My truck had to go back into service after repair It’s was.supposed to be detailed inside and out and was not. Lee was great in trying to help Mike in service was the best and your service department is always outstanding??
