Unfortunately for both Jeremiah’s CARSTAR and my family, Jeremiah’s failed us. They replaced our grill, bumper, bumper guard, lower retainer, reattached the engine splashguard and several other prices. But, 10 miles later at 70 mph, everything accept the grill and bumper came loose and due to the airstream under the car, they were pulled from the vehicle and left on the road. Jeremiah refused to warranty his work claiming that we had an accident or purposely removed the pieces to cheat him, neither were true. When we filed a complaint with CARSTAR corporate, we never heard back from them. We ended up taking the car to Lexus to finish the repairs. Jeremiah went to Lexus who showed him the condition of the car and told him that it looked as thought the lower absorber and splash shield were never attached to the bumper guard, but we never heard from Jeremiah. Lexus fixed the car correctly. I can’t recommend Jeremiah’s CARSTAR for anyone.
