The staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to make it a great experience. I did call in and discuss additional repairs. The technician said he would speak with his boss and get back to me but two days later when I called back to see the result they had done the repair without my approval or even giving me a cost. The manager did make an adjustment but it was still more than I had planned for. Everyone was very willing to help with the situation but definitely something to improve.
