The staff are very courteous and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We are VERY satisfied with the quality of the service. Only one minor shortfall. The automated update feature, sent via email, is not accurate and can be confusing. It was in variance with our verbal updates and the final completion date was 4 days before the automatic feature indicated the job would be complete. Example: in Monday we were "retold" that the job was on schedule for a Friday completion and pickup, that the job was 61% finished. Then, on Monday at 3:30 we were called and told that the car was finished and could be picked up.
