Everyone was very helpful. I was updated on the status of my car constantly, that was great peace of mind. The girls up front were very friendly and helpful. When I had to move things in and out of my car with a baby in hand they helped out. That is so important to me. It's hard being by yourself with an infant. They made this process a bit less painful.

Our insurance company first recommended ABRA, but I asked for Carstar and they were fine with that.

Carstar has worked on our vehicle before and they do quality work. I would say that this time they kept the vehicle for too long a period. Eight days for basically a bumper cover replacement.
