I was happy with the work performed and flexibility making an appointment but I was unhappy about the fact that I had to constantly call and check status of my vehicle and was never notified of any updates or status.

The car was dirty on the inside. The head liner for the sunroom is dirty with finger prints on it and the back of the car were the seats going down look like they have some back dust on them our something and the inside should have been clean were the tech got in and out. The outside of the car was dirty. I was very disappoint with the over all look of the car. I have been to other body shops and never had my car retuned to me like this. I did talk to one of your personnel I have been dealing with about the car. She is to call me today to see what they can do. Very very disappointed in the car.
