The estimated completion dates emailed to me were September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14, October 18, and finally October 21. On October 18, I was told via phone it would be ready by 5pm on October 19, and it was finally delivered at 2:30pm on October 20. Each delay beyond October 11 cost me a day of car rental. I was quite frustrated by the inability of the shop to provide a reliable date.

I was fully prepared to not have my vehicle until October 18. The vehicle was repaired and ready on October 14. Great job and the front office staff was very helpful. Kacie kept me informed as to the progress on a daily basis.

Totally not happy with the service or quality of repairs done to my vehicle. The staff never call you back, you always have to call them for an update. And there was extremely poor quality of work and no attention to detail as far as the repairs are concerned

CarStar is a mass production, "get 'em in, get 'em out" repair shop that doesn't slow down the process for any reason, including customer concerns. For the average consumer, CarStar is fine. For the automobile enthusiast, who knows a little bit about cars, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

Steering wheel wasn't straight (properly adjusted), creating a sense of doubt that the repairs were done correctly.

Erika at the service desk did an awesome job explaining the details, covering my deductibles and how the new email/text alert system works for updates on the progress of my vehicle. Also Linda my service technician did and great job updating me on my vehicle and calling me with updates. Great team!!!!!

I was referred and I like the referral program. Though there were a few issues, my wife and I have both had service done at Carstar before and we feel like it is one of the best paces to get work done.

Repair quality looks good, the finish work and delivery is a bit lacking. More comments below. Rushed product in the end.

was overall satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and fun when I was in the shop. However, there was confusion about who was supposed to be called and it seemed like I was just a number during some of the conversations. Like they were so busy that my car wasn't a priority. I also had a lot of issues at the rental car location and was told that it was all taken care of ahead of time. There needs to be better communication between Carstar and the Enterprise location as it took a lot of extra time and I had to get back to work.

People in office were great. However got call at 4:45 in Friday that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. When I asked how long open I was told till 5. Could not make it on such short notice and could not pick up Satrday morning because of other commitments. So that resulted I waiting until Monday, causing 3 more days of rental
