The staff was friendly and courteous, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that would need to be done very well. My only complaint was that my car was not delivered on the original date given. However, I will use Carstar's services again as well as recommended them to others. The email updates were great!

2nd time using your company. I like your work and will come back if needed. Not sure if you still do it or not but the first time I got daily photos and updates through email or text. This time I only got verbal updates. I might not have communicated my interest in these updates. Regardless I had pleases with the whole process.

Exterior of the Car was received dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. I had washed and shamied the paint for easy hail dent observation. A few extra scratches were observed on the driver side rear door,when I was doing my walk around for acceptance. When I pointed them out to the tech, the response was something like all we did was pull it straight into our shop from the parking lot and work on it. I told him I wasn't trying to pull a fast one on my scratches but these marks weren't there when I dropped the unit off.

I was satisfied with the updates, completely dissatisfied when I arrived to pickup my car. Leaving in my rental car only to come back tomorrow. The quality control was absent, expect to see a clean car not at all, inside & out dirty. The car was not put back together correctly. I took out 1.5hrs of my day only to have to return again tomorrow as you charge $50 an hour I should be refunded $150 for my time.
