The staff was incredible. Very welcoming from the word hello. They let me know step by step what to expect with my claim and repairs. I really enjoyed receiving the text messages that kept me updated. No unnecessary calls to the office to check on my car. I felt comfortable from the beginning of the process. And that feeling stayed throughout the repair. Chad and Heather are exceptional employees! I would highly recommend Jordan Road CarStar to anyone who needs auto body repairs.
