The car was dropped off on a Wednesday about noon. I got a message on Monday saying my car was in the queue and someone would be looking at it soon. A week later, I talked with someone who said she had sent several messages. I checked emails, texts, and VMs. If it happened, I didn’t get them. No problems with the work; just the time and communication.

Dropped car off on a Wednesday. Monday I was told the car was in the queue to be looked at. Two weeks later, I got a call saying repairs were going to be $600 more. After a lengthy discussion about the particulars, I denied the service. I was then told the service was necessary and I had no choice as to whether or not to have it done! Should have led with the necessary part.
