Car was delivered to me dusty and dirty. Not washed. I have found a few must in the front end bumper area rusted, reused and not fastened down. It does not appear the vehicle went through a quality review before being released to me.

We are concerned about the mileage difference between the Preliminary Estimate report of 114,402 and the mileage reported as 115,007 on the final cost breakdown upon delivery. We don't understand the 605 miles used while in the shop.

Prelim estimate was 700.00. Final bill was $3,700. That was a bit of a shock. When I picked up the car, no one went over the work that was done. It was just sitting out in the lot. It would have been beneficial for someone to go over the bill and the car with me.
