I brought it in and talked them through all the damage I had seen from the obvious exterior damage to the known damage to the windshield washer fluid well. When we got the car back, I filled up the windshield washer fluid but it leaked straight through the car and had to return the car to be fixed and paid for again. They were very understandable and good at communicating, but there was the issue of not having everything fixed, but the car is great now!
