I came in a month ago with my car all scratched up from an accident on the passenger side of the car. The mechanics and office personnel were very kind and professional and kept me updated with all the progress. And I am vey happy with the results of the repair and my Kia looks brand new. While the work on my vehicle is complete and completed, the time line and communication was horrible. The staff were all extremely friendly, but often communication was inaccurate or completely dropped on my situation.

They do not order parts until after you car arrives regardless of having an advanced appointment where they could have had the part ordered. They then had to order 3 bumpers because they kept arriving damaged. Part of the issue was likely on the insurance company's request of used parts. It took 2 weeks to get my car back which is unacceptable for a simple repair.
