I will absolutely recommend Traditional Auto Body. And bring any of our other work vehicles here if they need it.

Traditional Auto Body was the right choice! They did amazing work on my truck. They had to replace the entire side panel and bumper. I can’t even tell it needed work. They were very professional and their communication was wonderful. They regularly updated me on progress. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I had such a great experience with Traditional Auto Body! This was my first time using them, and I was incredibly pleased from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand. I arrived early to drop off my vehicle before they were technically open, and because staff were already there, they graciously let me get checked in rather than making me wait. That small gesture really set the tone for the entire experience. They were thorough in explaining everything, got my vehicle in quickly, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Their text update system made it so easy to know what was happening every step of the way. It was clear they were very busy, but I never once felt rushed or like I was a burden. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to answer questions and help. That level of customer service is hard to find! I absolutely recommend Traditional Auto Body and will definitely return if I ever need auto body work again. Thank you for making my first experience such a positive one!

Jon was so nice, went above and beyond to locate a difficult to find part and ordered it in for me. They were quick to install even though there were alterations that had to be made, and made sure everything was right. I would recommend them highly!

I would definitely recommend Traditional Auto Body. Final product looks great! Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and informative. The only difference in the estimate and the final product was a small amount to pay for some clips that tend to break on anything you try to open. The car looked amazing as the day I drove it off the lot the day I bought it. The inside was cleaned even in the nooks and crannies, and washed. It looked amazing! Definitely appreciated their service and would recommend and or use them again.

I kind of put all my comments in the first box, but again I would definitely say customer service is a big plus at Traditional.
