Staff was very friendly and helpful…they kept us informed every step of the way. The technician(s) did a top notch job, and they actually finished ahead of schedule. Overall, it was just a pleasant experience (much different than any other body shop I’ve been to), and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The bid that brought us to have our van repaired with Carstar inflated after we dropped it off. I understand and appreciate the expenses, but y'all need to get your estimates lined up beforehand.
