I can't say enough good things about CARSTAR Ken's Collision! My auto insurance directed me to them following a recent accident for body repair, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Manny—what a absolute gentleman. He immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that my car would be well taken care of and that the turnaround would be fast. Shortly after, I met Sam, who served as my main point of contact. Sam was awesome: completely honest, reliable, and someone who truly follows through on his promises. Because my vehicle is a newer model, I was expecting a long, drawn-out wait for parts and repairs. However, their team managed to source all the necessary parts in an impressively short amount of time and seamlessly handled all the coordination directly with my insurance. When I picked up the car, it was returned in perfect, spotless condition. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the customer service. I highly recommend CARSTAR Ken's Collision to anyone needing repair work done!

I am satisfied with the color matching on the bumper & hatch. The trunk is slightly misaligned. Slight paint mismatch on the trim piece where the rear windshield wiper comes out. Slight pitting in the paint where that trim piece meets the hatch. repaired some things that weren't damaged in the accident: -trunk support -trunk seal -tail light -trim piece near the trunk latch.

Ken’s Collision always does a great job. There was some confusion at the shop regarding the waived deductible but we were able to work it out. One complaint I have is that Ken’s replaces license plate covers with their own to advertise the business. I don’t like that being done without permission.

CarStar Ken’s showed kindness, understanding. Professionalism & honesty throughout the entire repair process. Our Mazda 2016 was restored to its original look before the unfortunate accident. We were literally in “awe” of its restoration. We would highly recommend their facility to anyone needing their car to be fixed .
